Dr Mankodi is a teacher by heart and is a faculty in the area of HRM, Organizational Behavior, and Leadership at SPJIMR. She has a PhD in workplace inclusivity and is fascinated with the study of the dark side of organizational behavior. She loves to read, visit interesting places, and have stimulating conversations.
